Why is it all 21+, though? As far as I know you could just block off one room and make it the bar area, then have the rest be all ages... -

1) Alcohol will be consumed throughout the premises, especially in the main rooms
2) there is a variety of adult fun, which means that Kat of the OLCC agreed she wanted it 21+
3) there isn't a single room (anymore) where one could place a bar and have enough room
4) We want people to drink while watching the pudding wrestling
The simplest summary is that there wasn't anyone willing to do the extra work to have a separation, internal id'ing, etc. In the future, if someone wants to do the work, we'd be happy to discuss it!

Not really cost-effective in Portland.
New OLCC statutes might help with that. -
